Southwest Florida

Southwest Florida has many popular bird photography locations, including Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge, Corkscrew Sanctuary, Estero Lagoon (Fort Myers Beach), Cape Coral, and the Venice Rookery. We think the best time to visit these locations is in February when temperatures are mild and courting/nesting activity is high.
